We are looking for a React Developer with 3+ years of experience for a specific project: developing a platform for small businesses to create and manage employee incentive plans. This platform allows businesses to set payout rules and track employee goal achievement and fulfillment. The platform also integrates with accounting systems and payment services.

Required Skills:

• More than 3 years of experience working with React and Redux.

• Excellent understanding of the basic principles of React, creating applications for different environments, optimizing visualization.

• Strong knowledge of Redux Toolkit.

• Experience with Typescript.

• Experience with Nextjs.

• Experience with Tailwind CSS.
