Middle Project Manager

We’re seeking a Middle Project Manager to join our team and lead a project already in production: a platform for traders, designed to streamline trading with stocks and commodities.

We expect from you:

– to have more than 2-years of work experience in a service-based IT company;

– to have Advanced-level fluency in spoken and written English;

– to have experience in managing projects involving multiple teams: from the client and our company;

– to have the planning ability: to break down tasks, gather estimates, and create a work schedule;

– to know the software development life cycle;

– to be familiar with Agile, Scrum, Kanban;

– to be a highly organized person with excellent communication abilities;

– to have experience in working with Trading Platform, Trading Tool (would be a strong plus).

The Project manager’s tasks would be:

– to plan and coordinate the work of our team and the client`s team;

– to provide regular feedback between the team and the client;

– to clearly define input requirements and deliverables at every project stage;

– to enhance the project`s workflows;

– to monitor product quality and development timelines. 

PM’s Responsibilities:

– Developing of project plans and documentation;

– Setting deadlines and analyzing possible risks;

– Determining and allocating the necessary resources and working environment within the team;

– Establishing workflows in teams (development, testing, requirements management);

– Prioritizing tasks. 

Working Conditions (benefits after probationary period):

– A flexible 8-hour business day, with the ability to coordinate its beginning and end independently, having previously agreed with Tech Lead/PM;
